Northwest Homes will continue to do home sales as the time frame for homes being built at the factory has been substantially reduced.
Currently, homes can be built from order to delivery in 4-6 weeks. During the peak of COVID, it was 12-15 months and prices were extremely volatile.
We will continue to do home only sales, as well as delivery & set-up, but not site improvements.
With two subdivisions completed and more than 500 homes sold since 1995, we want to thank all of our customers.
